Its been awhile

Hello all,
Time just has been flying by.
I went to see Dr G on April 10th .
He was very happy at my progress, I have no problems with any food what so ever, with the exception of coleslaw, oh was I sick, not sure if it was the cabbage or the dressing, but I was up from two am till I went to work the next day, I was so nausua that whole nite and next day. YUK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
As of today april 22nd I have lost 35 pounds.
I excersise monday - Friday and take week ends off.
Im trying to tone up some of the flabby skin.
This is the best thing I have done, Im just in the begining but I love my RNY

HELLO ALL,
IT IS SATERDAY MARCH 21, I HAD MY RNY SURGERY MARCH 16TH.
I HAVE TO ADMIT WHEN I WOKE UP AFTER MY SURGERY WAS DONE I THOUGHT WHAT THE HELL DID I DO?
BUT AFTER I GOT OFF OF THE MORIPHINE DRIP AND BEING A BIT SICK I FELT GOOD.
AS OF TODAY I FEEL GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I HAD TAKEN NEXT WEEK OFF OF WORK TOO, BUT I AM THINKING ABOUT GOING BACK ON MONDAY, BUT I DONT WANT TO PUSH MYSELF EITHER, SO I AM UNDECIDED.
I HAVE NO REGRETS AT ALL SO FAR.
I CAN SAY THAT OH AND EVERYONE INVOLVED HAS BEEN SUCH A GREAT HELP THROUGH MY JOURNEY.
THANK YOU EVERYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!
ALSO I HAVE FOUND A GYM BUDDY
, I AM SO EXCITED TO GET TOGETHER WITH AND CONTINUE OUR JOURNEYS TOGETHER TO SUPPORT EACH OTHER THROUGH ALL UPS AND DOWNS.

Thought maybe I should write a little about my starting progress.Monday march 2nd 2009 I started my pre op diet, five opti fast a day and raw vegetables and lots of water and crystal lite; I found crystal lite very good.
My starting weight 248 lbs, as of march 7th I weighed in at 241 lbs, YEA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I will say my husband has been a real gem, I think this no food has been hurting him more than me.
He feels so bad when is cooking something for him self, I just laugh and tell him its ok and dont worry.
I did tell him I appreciate his concern and his support immensly.
He told me he doesnt know how I can do it, but I told him I have a little pot of gold at the end of my rainbow, so every little bit is worth it, sometimes I have to remind myself of this though.
