Hi there Patricia, I just posted last week about my ulcer. I read your post and everything you said is right. Before I went to the doc I bought Mylanta, It worked also but I needed to find out what it was that was making my belly hurt. Doc said I had a ulcer, and he said it's command with alot of people even people who have had wls. I took the same pills as you. and it worked. I took it in the morning on a empty stomach just like the doc said. I found the pain from my ulcer felt like intense hunger pains. and couldn't really tell if it was hunger or the ulcer pain. PLEASE TAKE YOUR MEDS CAUSE ULCERS CAN EAT A HOLE IN YOUR INTESTENTS and get even worse, were they will bleed if it gets real bad. I had a beginner. so it healed real fast. and as far as your overall feelings go. yes, it will get better. Im back to my old self. and sometimes forget I even had the surgery. Hi Patricia, I think you should call your doctor... better be safe thatn sorry... sometimes in our new tummies.. they need to be dialated a bit.. so go and get checked.... Karen
