"My first impression of Dr. Sapala was a great impression. He was very knowledgeable about the surgery. He seemed to want me to know that I was important. He didn't hold back on the details of the proceedure, or what it would take to loose the weight. He stressed the point that the surgery is only 1/2 of the equation. His office staff has been very helpful. I am impressed with Tamika and Lois. I wasn't real happy that we had to wait a long time (my appointment was at 1:30 and I left the office at 5:00). Otherwise all went well.Here I am one week post op I am more convinced than ever that I made the right decision when I chose Dr. Sapala to do this surgery. He has been so kind and answered every question with lots of concern. He hasn't made me feel like I was a fool on anything that I have asked. I would have liked to have seen him before I left the hospital. I saw everybody but him. I did talk to him later in the day and my hubby talked to him before I left the hospital.I can't fault him for not being there I know he is a busy MAN so all in all I would give him & his helful staff a 10 fro all they have done.
When Dr. Sapala left, I was so furtunate to be able to have Dr Schuhknecht. He did my TT & hernia repair. He is just like talking to your brother. He answered all my questions and was so helpful. He never thought that I was dumb to ask a question. I sure hope I don't have to chose anyone else for my after care. He is great."
