Hello Friends,
Well, here I am a little over 2 years since my surgery.  I have gained some weight, due to my own doing.  I weighed in at 203.4 today.  I had gotten down to 186.  I would go back and forth from 186 and then up to 190 192 etc.,   Then in November 2010 with the Holidays, and all the junk food, and the weather change, I just put on a couple here and there, and it just kept going up, and up. 

I do not want to keep going up that hill, so I figured if I start keeping better track of my weight, and my efforts in achieving my goal.  I still have over 50 pounds to lose.  So PLEASE PRAY for me, that I will do the necessary steps to get this weight off, and achieve my goal.
