"I was well taken care of as long as I was in ICU. Once I was transferred to a regular room, the staff was much less attentive. One nurse even said to me that she didn't know how to care for bariatric patients. I would say my care went from an A+ to a C- after I left the ICU."
"Dr. Simon is very honest about the possible complications of the surgery. He is friendly and has a great smile. When I went in for surgery he gave everyone a hug in the operating room. He came in to see me at the hospital every day except the last day. He was very encouraging. I feel he did a good job and so far, only 5 days post-op, I'm doing pretty well. I feel Dr. Simon is a good surgeon and a great person."
