Haven't been on for a while. The first 100lbs are gone. See my pictures to see how much my face has changed. For the last three months things have slowed. Down another 12 but i am oscillating right on the 200 mark. Just plugging away and trying to do what i an supposed to.....

Actually it started 3 months ago... Have lost 25lbs.... But the real melt starts with my new tummy! Getting sleeved in the morning. Quite excited as I have a great future!
