I week after my surgery

I was so nervous about the surgery. I was so nervous about not waking up, or when I would wake up that I would be in so much pain. I was worried that I would regret all of it. Since the RNY that I had done, I know that there is no going back. Well I woke up and yes I was in pain, but everyone at the hospital were so nice, I got my medicine and then everything was better ;-). The 1st few days it did hurt but I am feeling better everyday. My body is healing so well, I've lost 16 since the surgery. I had so much support from my fiance while I was in the most pain. He helped me so much, even slept down stairs on the couch with me to make sure that if I needed anything he was there to help. I am excited for a better me, I know this is just the beginning and there is a lot more to find out. I'll post again soon.
