Angel coming in for an update -- Kim had to have emergency surgery on Monday and is hanging on in ICU today. She's not doing well. She developed a leak in the upper part of the new stomach and in addition developed quite the nasty infection. The hospital staff at St. Alexius isn't not being helpful... This is a plea for everyone to send their prayers and good wishes to my sweet Kim --- she's such an angel and I need everyone to be an angel to her -- she needs all of us... Pray with me...

Kim has come outta surgery with flying colors. She's still in ICU though. For those who don't know poor Kim developed quite the large ulcer that had her bowels in a heck of a knot and caused her staple line to breakdown. But being the trooper that she is -- she dove back into surgery this morning with Dr. Fabito and had the everything fixed and untangled. She'll be up and running again in no time back to the wonderful post-op life she deserves. <b> PLEASE</b> drop by Kim's surgery page and leave her a note of encouragement as the past couple of months have been pretty tough -- thanks y'all :)
