"I met Dr. Bell at a community seminar sponsored by Yale and the VNA. I was so impressed with him that I knew right then and there I had chosen the right doctor for me. He was down to earth, not condescending at all and made a point of letting us know that his patients are his best teachers. I also commend his method of application as it really makes your think alot about your decision so when you actually meet with the doctor you are ready. His office staff is great and I can't wait for my surgery"
