"I had my initial office visit with the doctor yesterday. I was very impressed with both the ladies working up front and the doctor and his fellow. rnrnSo far, everything is going great. Every question I could possibly have had was answered and I know that I can call if I have any questions. rnrnupdate:rnI am still impressed with the Doctor and his staff. The surgery was \"textbook\" (his words), we spoke before surgery and probably after, too but that is all a blur, of course. He saw me the next morning very promptly and said I could go home that day! rnrnI had my one week appt today and everything went great and all of my questions were answered and I'm so glad I found him. There isn't anything I do not like so far about the way his office is run or the staff. I especially like Dr. Roberts, also."

"Ok..all my pre-op testing was done here and they were soooo efficient. My wait times for each test were negligible. The only thing that sucked was that either he phlebotomy staff of the lab lost my nasal swab and I was called in to do it again which was inconvenient. Now to the "suck". The two men who transported me from the recovery room to my private room post-op hit my bed into a wall not once but twice!!! That was and continues to be the most painful thing for me. Granted, the incision site that hurts was expected because muscle was cut, but seriously...the wall thing was uncalled for, avoidable, and has most likely contributed to extra pain for me. Not acceptable!"
