"I first saw my surgeon at a general surgery info session, he was the speaker. He was very straight to the point and business-like. rnrnWhen I met him in a personal appointment I was expecting him to be a bit cold... but I was pleasantly surprised. I found him very personable, warm and caring. He did not make me feel rushed in my appointment and was very patient with my long list of questions. I felt very confident after leaving and so did my mom who came feeling quite nervous. rnrnI was also very pleasantly surprised that he will be following up with me for 2 years. I felt that it will be really nice to have someone to \"be accountable\" to for all that time. He cautioned me to continue those appointments for 2 years because many people feel they don't need them and stop coming. rnrnHe covered the surgery risks and while emphasizes them also made me feel comfortable with them. "
