How long does it take to get your surgery?

So I just had my surgery approved by tricare prime and I have to attend the seminar Monday and then my appointment with my surgeon the Monday after... So my question is how long does it normally take to get your surgery date ? I'm just so ready I've done so much research already. Tia! :)
