Down 100 lbs! -
Today I am down 100lbs! I feel great and love going to the Y and zumba classes! So much has changed since my surgery, I love the new me!

Aug 24th is the day - I can't believe how fast the date has approached. I'm nervous and I hope I can do this liquid diet, I start that in 8 more days.
