I'm 47yo female. Was slim until age 26 after my son was born. Amazing how it sneaks up on you! Tried many diets over the years and could only lose 20 - 30lbs before it seemed to stop. I would lose heart and give up. Just eat whatever I wanted. Went to Mexico on March 28/12 and had VSG that day. Had a grandmother and aunt that both died in thier fifties of obesity related issues. Hoping for a healthier future.
