" 2/12/03 - I met Dr. Wiltse today and he seems just fine. Local boy, great record, and has done over 100 RNY procedures at plus 15 yrs of general surgery including ER trauma surgery. When I asked Dr Wiltse why he choose to wrench on us fattys, his reply in short was he wanted some nights and weekeends off. I will allow him to cut me. Also did pre-op tests: Bloodwork, Gall Bladder ultrasould, and chest X-ray. I also met with the Respiration Tech for post op breathing exercises. Over all the experience was as good as could be. The Bariatriac Treatment center seemed well coordinated and patient aware. One note I would make is that there are well observed time guidlines for the amount of time you are there and how much time you spend with each testing station. This is a benifit in that you are not waiting around much. I didn't even start my book!"
