still losing - even tho my wsl was postponed due to a heart problem im still on the shakes and vegetarian diet, lost 7 mor this week thats 43 since may of ast yr. ill take that

liquid diet - 13 days of liquid diet dwn. 3 days till surg. down about 15 lbs feelin good cant wait for tuesday
