10 lbs down

Well Saturday I went and weighed in. 198lbs.  That's 10lbs down in 2 weeks.  Most of it because of a very stressful situation in my family that caused me nausea and no sleep.  While I'm back on track today, I feel the hunger pains.  I have to get motivated to exercise.

I also joined the biggest loser at work last week.  We'll see how that goes!
