So I am one week out from surgery!!!!!!!!!!!!! It went way better than I thought it could.The pain was very little and i was walking hours after surgery.....I came home the next day and even went to my daughter volleyball game. I have been walking a few blocks a day for the pass two days. I started at 245 now Im at 224!!!!!!!!!!!21lbs down....YAY.........i cant believe its happening to me I never thought I would be able to lose weight........Now if i can keep this up I will be a different person on the out side an outside because I will feel so much better. Well my husband has been the biggest help and i could have never done it with out him. Plus my mother-in-law came and helped and she was great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!thanks for all the prays!!!!!!!!!

 So in about 45 min I will be heading to the Hospital!!!!!!!!!!!!!YAY!!!!!!!!!!!! I;m nervous but not I know I am doing what I need to do...I a have prayed and asked for his support and I have family and friends with me all the way. Now here I go just weighed my self I was 245lbs when I started my diet now I am 229lbs!!So I hope I keep up the good work.......

I have to start my 10 day protein diet on may 2ND I know i can do. I am just worried about not stressing over it. I stress over everything which makes little things so much hard. I have been drink alot of water the last few days so I get use to that. I think the water is really helping. does anyone have any suggestions?

I found out on April 22nd 2010 that I will be able to get the lap ban. I will have my class on the 11th of May and surgery on May 12th. Everything is happening very fast I feel scared and over joyed at the same time. I know 2 people that have had the lap ban and both of them have had great results.So at his point I am getting my house in order and trying to walk everyday and drink all my water. And with doing this I hope it will help after the surgery. I will pray and my family and friends thank you for all your support!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
