Pat, darlin', I love ya. I can't say not be nervous because you know how much of a wreck I am right now. We may be the Flabby Butt Twins right now, but with my surgery tomorrow & your's on Tuesday, we will soon be know as the Skinnie Minnie Twinies.

Hi Pat, I'd say don't be nervous, but heck, I was! Of course it was all for nothing (except I probably burned a few more calories) because my surgery went fine. I always say the week before surgery was harder than the week after (it was for me anyway). Keep it positive and and that includes having ONLY supportive people around you. You've made a wonderful and couragous decision to improve your health (of course in retrospect it seems like a "no brainer" to me now). Be proud of yourself; take care of yourself and I hope all your health and weight-loss dreams come true...
