How to drink Potassium Chloride oral solution?

The potassium is hard to drink even if it is only 1-1/2 teaspoon. Any ideas on how to drink it? Thanks for any suggedtions!

I had gs on 12/24/14 nd have lost 18 or so pounds. I am working out at gym two or more hours a week. Enybody have any ideas of what I can do to get moving? Thanks Parlit
