Good luck with your surgery! Wow, what an awesome holiday gift to give ones self ... a trip to the spa (ha ha), with a room with a view, and people waiting on you hand and foot all the while recovering from a surgery that will surely change your life forever. God bless and protect you!
Best Wishes for a successful surgery and smooth recovery! Weigh to go!
I just read another post from someone who just had surgery and the thing that hurts the most is their BACK. And it is PAINFUL, not just uncomfortable.
THE LAST THING YOU NEED TO TELL YOUR SURGEON, BEFORE THEY PUT YOU UNDER, IS TO PUT SOMETHING UNDER YOUR KNEES TO TAKE THE PRESSURE OFF YOUR BACK!!!
Time and time again folks are coming out of the O.R. and their back is killing them. It’s because you are lying flat on your back for hours on a hard surface. How long can you do that now? If the surgeon will just put a rolled up blanket under your knees this problem will be eliminated!
Got It?... Good…. Problem solved. (Or at least talk it over with him/her).
My prayers will be with you as you go through the surgery and recovery. May your strength be restored; your recovery be swift and your tender heart be renewed.
Hi Pamela,
I'm counting the days with ya. Tuesday will be here in no time. I'll see you soon.

Dear Pamela,
It's December 1 today and this means 15 days and, um, well, hummm...I know you already know the hours, minutes, and seconds before your Lap-Band surgery. I am so excited for you.
Many hugs for you, my bandster sister.
