"my first impression of Dr. Cook was he was understanding and honest with me.i still feel the same.his staff is very nice and takes time withyou if you need them.i think he is the best.he makes you feel comfortable.he emphasizes a lot on aftercare and support.they have an excellent aftercare program.he let me know right off the surgery is not risk free and is not for everyone.on a scale of 1-10, i give him a 10.he is experienced and has great bedside manner."
