"The staff was great. They were kind, caring, and made sure i was comfortable. I didn't need help with anything but when I did ask them for ice, or towels or something they were fairly quick about it. I had an excellent stay."
"In my opinon Dr. Borhanian seems to be a great surgeon. I've heard excellent things about him. He's very honest and to the point but still nice, caring, and funny. He did a muscle biopsy on my father, which is how I learned about him, and when my dad asked him about the results and he said that he wasn't exactly sure what they meant and for him to get his normal Dr. to read them. I thought that was excellent. Instead of pretending he knew something he didn't and potentially saying something he wasn't sure of he sent him to someone else. On my first visit he explained everything to me so well that I didn't have any questions when he was done talking. He did address all of the potential risks of surgery. When I had my endoscopy done I was really nervous about being put under although I wasn't going to be completely out, the thought still made me nervous and he made a few jokes and really put my mind at ease. Over all the office staff was great. Beth was so nice and helpful. Gretta dealt with all the insurance stuff and I was approved the first time. I didn't have to do anything as far as insurance went which was great. There was one lady in there who was rude and I thought maybe she was just having a bad day but the next time I dealt with her she was rude to me and my mother for absolutely no reason but overall the staff was great. We haven't gone over after care yet but I have another appt on September 11th and I'm sure we will then. My surgery is scheduled for September 21st. If I had to choose between bedside manner and surgical competence I would definitely choose surgical competence but luckily with Dr. Bo I don't have to choose. I get both. I'm comfortable with him and I'm very pleased with him."
