Been out a year and a half now and down 100 pounds so it is going very slow for me i haven't lost anything for about 7 months so monday i am doing the 5 day pouch test and hope it puts me in the right direction again if anything i just ask for prayers as i seem to really be struggling and i have between 80-100 pounds left to go... i have come a long way but still so much farther to go... i am a diabetic with foot problems so my exercise is very limited which isnt helping much either... dont mean to sound so down but it is a bit frusterating i must say

well starting to get a little nervous.... i start my liquids on thursday ... my surgery is set for next thursday ... it has been an up and down struggle with weight and emotions but i am looking foward to having it done .... i hope i handle liquid week well.... prayers please... lol
