Well as of yesterday, I'm 3 months on this path. Like so many others, I have no regrets. It feels wonderful in every possible way. I was so worried that my PCOS and hypothyroidsim would make this another weight loss failure, but I've now lost 57 pounds

You are definitely "on the path now" since having VSG just a few days ago! Great OH username. Congratulations on your surgery and all the best to you on your WLS journey!
