Well I got two more days to go before my surgery. Hope everything goes well. I am scheduled to @ the hospital @ 0800 hrs & then around 1100 hrs the surgery will begin. I took the shakes & have lost the required 12 lbs so I am ready to go.

Well I have found the energy to write again. Well as you all know I had surgery on Tuesday, May 6 however I was scheduled to go to the hospital @ 0800 hrs and they called the day before and told me they wanted me there at 0600 hrs I was happy since that meant I would have the surgery earlier however someone else's got cancelled and I felt bad about that. To date I am down to 246 and honestly I don't feel that great but I am adusting little by little.... well I will write back soon

Well it's been a month since my surgery and I feel very good I must say I am currently at 234 lbs. I am so excited I have 94 lbs to go. I am exercising regularly . I met up w/my nutritionist the other day and I have started on my calcium & B12 vitamins along w/my chewable vitamins. My clothes feel alot better & looser. I saw my doctor and everything is going well there. Well I will write back soon when I lose a little more.
