I started the process at480 lbs. i am currently 330. I was down to 325. I am exercising now and working to tone. I hope to go back down and keep on. Its a work in progress. Any help would be appreciated! I have a hernia now, incision. Hope to hang on for plastics.Anyone have this ?

I lost 21 lbs! This is from surgery on jan 29. i still have head hunger though. My stomach is fool but I have thoughts of food. I have to get past that. i think once I get back to work and dont have idle time it will get better. I can driv enow and go see the surgeon next week.

Office visit went well. Im always slightly confuused after leaving Dr. burrowes office! anywho I will be having surgery on Monday Jan 29 as scheduled. I gained a little weight I had lost back. im disappointed. I had too many last meals. Im nervous but ready! Im a little concerned I wont remember everything about drinkin while eating , 30 minutes apart, etc... he didnt give me my vitamin info yet though.

Today 1-18 is my last surgeon appt. I am suppossed to meet the anesthesiologist and Dr. Burrowes at noon. I will update later!
