I'm 6 weeks post op today..and I'm still vomiting like crazy,,,can't keep nothing down....especially chicken....

I've lost about  30 pounds since surgery...i guess that's good....I don't and can't eat much. and now I'm worried I'm going to look like a sick crack head when it's all over.NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOo.

Post-opers tell me I'm in a normal phase...so I'm going to take it one day at a time...stay positive.

I don't know what really to eat....Im in my first week of  pureed foods and I cheated...Im think Im going to be sick.

I got home from the hospital at about 10 am this Friday morning. I'M HUNGRY...is that normal although I'm in pain , I don't think my brain has caught up with the surgery I just had....I feel like I could really eat a big....only thing that is stopping me ..is fear of the DUMPPING SYNDROME.

Hi, Im Okelani

For a year I have researched WLS in silent, never wrote a blog..but have read many..never made a video..but I live on you tube...it's finally my turn. I now have a story to tell. It's much like all the other stories out there...we are all tring to live better lives.

I would love to connect with others who are on the same journey as I am. I don't get much support, I've been super quiet about it all....but  I feel its time for me to open up a little bit, share and exchange information.
