My name is Michelle and I am a stay at home mother of 2. I live in a house with both my parents, 2 kids, husband and brother. My mom's side of the family are the heavy side. My aunt amazing and loving aunt died a year ago from complications after a long recovery from open heart surgery. My mother shortly before that had a a stent put in her heart. At the present moment I am , along with my brother, am taking care of my mom who had knee replacement surgery back in November. The knee became infected and had to be removed for the time being. This is now May and she is still she is here... home on iv's 5 times a day right now. Get up is difficult and we use a lift to do that. All these things are what is motivating me to get back to a healthy weight and like NOW. After I had my kids... it just wouldn't go away. Lord knows I've tried. But I need help and I'm not getting any younger. I am currently 220. Last year at this time I was 236. I lost 16 lbs by getting rid of the soda and drinking lots of water and using smaller plates when I eat as well as the treadmill and some weight lifting. But now I've been at 220 since January with no changes. Wish me luck!!
