Hey guys!!!!!!!  I miss being on here.   I am back and it's nice to be on the the losing side!!!!!!!!   I had my surgery on December 4th, 2008.  I'm glad I finally got this taken care of,  ESPECIALLY, since I am one of the lucky ones to have been laid off.  My last day at work will be January 17, 2008.  A side from that good news,  too blessed to be stressed. 

I must say that the liquid diet is going okay.  I'm still a little sore.  I'm seeing results already.  I feel great.  I've already purchased my TAE-BO workout set.  It's like my mind is already there, but I have to wait until I am cleared by my doctor to excercise.  I mentally prepared myself long time ago, so now I'm waiting on the physical to catch with the spiritual. 

This has been a wait that was well worth it!   The mental process is far more important than the physical.  My surgery is scheduled for Dec. 4, 2008 for 7:00a.m.  I will have more post to add about the long awaited process.  Everything I went through was as equally important as the end results.

The phone calls, the letters, the appointments, the mental aspect of deciding whether or not to have the WLS, the support from friends and family......all of it was expected or unexpected.  I didn't want to post every detail because everyone knows that the process is not a fly-by-night process.  I'm looking forward to taking this journey with all of you.
