I now weight 205 lbs!!! I am so happy about all of my hard work I hope to see more of this good work and I also went from a size 22 to a size 14!! I want to go clothes shopping but I know it would almost be a waste of money because I am expecting more weight loss. So yesterday made i officially 4 months and I had my first fill yesterday because they had some issue when they where trying to locate it, so they did it under x-ray. All i can say is for all of you who say it don't hurt THAT A LIE. It hurt for me and I can take pain, tears was falling from my eyes as they inserted the needle. When they do put the liquid in you will feel your band get tight again. Then since I was under x ray they where able to show me what it looks like and have me drink some white stuff so they can see how it goes down. It was really interesting for me. My doctor was very impress with my weight loss mainly because I was still working off my first fill. Well my birthday is coming up soon and I hope to hit my goal before it, it would be my perfect birthday gift.

So I am now three must in and down to 207lbs only 8 more pound until I can officially say I am out of the two hundreds!!!! I am so happy with the turn out, I have still been going to the gym three days out of the week and its has been paying off. I always get asked if I would do it again and I would say YES because I am learning how to eat better and why I need to work out. My fill was reschedule then again canceled and reschedule for the 13th of May. I makes it hard because I am hungry alot but i still eat small portions.

Ok, it has been offically 2 months and I am down a total of 35 lbs !!!!! I am so excited, this month I have droped 9 lbs and I am very happy with my progress. I have set small goals for my self and am getting very close to them, Goal number 1 to be under 200 lbs before June. Well I only have 20 lbs to reach that goal, and I am working hard to make it happen.

okay so I went in for my 1st fill and they could not locate my port site. They could have kept sticking me but I am not a big fan of needles. I will be going back on the 25th to try again and this time it will be done under x -ray. This way one stick and thats it.

It has officially been one month since I had the lap band surgery and I am down 26 LBS!!!!   I am so happy about my hard work, I have been working out with a trainer 3 day a week and working out at home too. I go for my 1st fill on the 28th and I cant wait to weigh in so the doctor can see how hard I have been working.  

I have my 1 week check up today to see how everything is going and to see if I can start pureed foods now. I have lost 15 lbs in less then on week!!!!  I am so happy, I hope the rest of my time goes like this, I start back work on Monday and will be moving around A LOT more so I hope for the same results. I have 88 more pound to go to reach my goal.

I just had the lap band done and write now I am eating full liquids. I had some yogurt this morning and I think I over ate because i feel very very full. so I just had water until later that day, then i took a nap. so when i woke u i tried to eat something because i have not eating anything else other then the yogurt. So i tried to eat something again and I got that same feeling after two spoon of my soup. Is this normal....please let me know if anyone have had the same issue thanks


 

Thank you everyone for all of the support and I know everyone is waiting to here how did everything go will

   -  I went in to 5 30 they checked me as normal (blood pressure, temp and etc) then have you take a pregnancy test b.c
         they want to make sure nothing is wrong.
   - I got an IV hooked up to me and a patch went behind my ear to help making me nausea
   - then they place the things on my leg for I would not get any blood clots.
   - The other doctor came in asked me about my family history because they wanted to know anesthesia
   - Then they gave me a little of the LA LA medication, and rolled me off to surgery
  - When I got there they had me all ready for surgery and gave me the full dose of the LA LA med and then when I
     woke up  I was in the recovery room. 
  
 Now i was not in ANY PAIN from the surgery I was just had to go to the bathroom contaly. Yet when I had to get up and sit down YES i was in pain, but when i was just sitting there I was fine. I drank alot of apple juice, water, so they let me go home. That was pretty much it.

I have less then 48 hours until the BIG DAY and I am SOOO NERVOUS and EXCITED at the same time. Anyone out there have any advise on how there lap band experience went??

I went in for my second doctors appointment before the big day and it was quickest one ever. He came in ask me a few questions, checked my weight and let me know where my port site will be at. 

                7 days left!!
