My story is like so many others, I have been heavy all of my life. It seem to be the thing that I really excel at best. I was a chubby child, an obese teen and a super obese adult. I have lost and gained so many time and I need a permanent solution for my weight. I hope and prey that I have found it in WLS. I fear that I will fail the tool or that I have picked the wrong procedure. I am trying to go into this with eyes wide open and have been working on myself for a long time. I understand that this is still another tool in my arsenal to fight obesity. I WILL SUCCEED.
I can't wait to feel more energy and be able to do things that I kept myself from while I was overweight. I am so blessed to have an extremely supportive family and some very close friends that are with me no matter what. I do this for all of them as well as for myself so I can be around for my parents, my brothers and my 11 nieces and nephews. I love them all so much. Also my close friends that have been with me forever.
