Bigger than I thought!

Well, I weighed today and am at 210! Two weeks ago I was at 205, so I've gained 5 lbs. I really need to get on track now so I'm going to post each day my weight and what I ate. I know no one reads this but it will help to post this stuff!
05/01/07 = 210
Breakfast: Strawberries, bananas, walnuts with juice of orange and 1/2 lemmon - fake sweetner.
I will log on at end of day with the rest of my food diary! Wish me luck :) I'm shooting for 5 lbs lost by this time next week. Then I'll be back on track. I will try to add some pictures tonight too!

Didn't get much accomplished this weekend

I caught a terrible cold on Friday, Saturday was spent laying around feeling sick and blowing my nose, Sunday I went with a friend to Duke's, where they have 2$ drinks, sat outside and felt better, until this morning! Still all congested but it's going away, slowy but surely. I am really going to start exercising this week. Weather has been somewhat rainy, but that's ok.
I have seen an article about walking poles. They are supposed to increase your calories burned by 50%. I've looked on ebay and am thinking about buying some.
Does anyone out there have any advice for me in walking poles?

Back on track for getting a tummy tuck starting on my 4th year out of surgery. I used to have a profile on this website, but since they updated, I must have been deleted.
