Hey everyone
Well it`s been a while since I wrote on my blog but here goes. I finally had surgery Nov 9th, 2011. I am finally on the bench and so far it feels great. I have been experimenting a bit with food but still scared to try certain things, it will eventually come. Since the start of Optifast I have lost a total of 30 lbs in the last 4 weeks. YAY. I am going to try to blog more often so people who are just starting out in the process can get some overview but thats it for now. Have a great day everyone

So I have done everything I needed to do now for the surgery and have waited long enough. Now I get to meet the surgeon sometime next month and get my surgery date I cannot wait
