OMG!!! when would I have lost 30 lbs Man i can't eveen believe it I feel great  and just coming along great I have had little to no complications and I went swimming for the first time on monday and I feel good about that I cant wait to get rid of the binder though since its been so hot I just hate layering it up!!! But other than that I love myself and feel great!!! Except I am rwally having trouble with protien shakes help I need some ideas....

Ok this day is finally here and I am sssssssooooooooo excited I am sure that I will not be able to sleep tonight but we will see Good luck to everyone  that will be having surgurey tomorrow and the rest of the week . I will be posting pictures very soon!!!!

Okay its been a long time since I actually been on here but I thought I would update everyone on my progress Well I completed all necessary stuff for the insurance and guess what yesterday I got the call I was approved for the surgurey I am going to have bypass surgurey on the june 24 2009 at 10:00 am !!! I am alittle scared but I am going to go through this hopefully I wont get postponed cause I have such a short time to complete so I will be back to update some time next week!!!!

Well my first appoinment came and went  and just found out hat i have to do a 6 month diet so I started weight watchers last tuesday election day and today I went for my second meeting and I have lost 5 pounds yay for me !!!!
