Hello everyone..I had my surgery on this past friday and am sitting home feeling very overwhelmed. I cannot seem to get much in my body in terms of liq and I need to change my calcium to some I can take in pill form since the ones I had pre, that are huge and have have to be chewed are now making me ill...any suggesstions? I am so sure this is normal but I am also really overwhelmed
