First steps

I decided to get a referral for gastric bypass and it was sent September 2012. I thought about how long it would take to hear anything back and thought about it often. This is such a life changing thing. I want my life back! Each year I diet and lose some weight ...to gain it back the next year and add more pounds. I got my letter today for the information session. I am really excited because now it feels real.  June 26th- I went to my information session today out in Winnipeg. There were alot of people there and it was sooo much information. They talked about keeping a food diary with myfitnesspal, meeting with a dietician, do's and don't's, getting exercise, and trying to eat right.
