Well fam I made it 3mths out June 27. I now down 61 pds
. What can I say I feel so good........Everywhere I go ppl stop me and say dang Erica u look good. I wouldnt trade that feeling in the world..

.......I so happy , I never lost this much...., So what can I say I so happy bout starting my journey. I have had none weight lost victory also. I was in a 26-28 pants now I am in a 24. My wedding ring is getting a little lose....I so really to lost some more I cant wait till I get under 300pds but, I just take it one day at a time...

Hey guys, well I got sleeved March 27,2012. What can I say its been a long week. I had to be at Forest Park Hospital for 3:30 am and I had the surgery @ 7am.......Once the put they IV in me and gave me that meds I dont remember nothing else all i member is waking up in recovery room. Soon as i got to my room I was in so much pain that trap gas is no joke so I was ready to walk that off,,,,,,I stayed in the hospital for 2days in i lost 5pds......Since i been home I have lost 17 pds so all together I have lost 22pds in one week......wow.... did know that could be possible.......I still in my liquids for another week then I can start with my soft food. So I looking forward to get these pds off me.......

..MAN drinking water all day and protein drinks and bra is not wuzz up but, I gotta get and the hang of things cause on March 27 my whole life is going change.Do anyone have any more suggest that I can have with my liquid diet other then protein drinks and shakes

Lisa over the insurance dept call me today and gave me the great news that they receive my approval letter and everything is ready for to schedule a surgery date. I was like saying to myself hell I can get on the road now to come to Dallas to have the surgery today
but, i know that couldn't be possible since I have to do my 2weeks liquid diet. So i just ask for the next open date and she said they dont have nothing open untill March 27..I was like that fine so that will give me time to get ready for my diet so, I on my way....Keep me in your prays when it comes to this liquid diet

Psych evalvation and last visit to primary doctor

. So i happy about that!!!! I went to the second part of my psych evaluation. They just ask me questions and go over with me the 100 million questions i had to answer. They ask me question bout do i love myself or if i was sick would i think ppl would come see me in the hospital...I like REALLY 
......I wanna have weight lost surgery I not trying to kill myself ...KML...but they said that will get back with me on my score so i know i did good on that part. Now only thing i waiting on now to go to the dietitian on the 31 of this mth and I would have everything completed.
