I live in Maine with my husband of 25 years, and have a 21 year old daughter.
I, like most people who choose WLS, have struggled with my weight all of my life. This has been the best thing I have ever done for myself. I feel great! My family is very supportive.
I have learned to take care of myself in a totally different way. Protien first, then fruit and veggies. I love what I eat now. My body seems to crave what is good for it!!
