i have always been kinda heavy ever since I had my daughter and I had knee surgery and I blossemed out to a 270 pds so I have a uncle that had the surgery done and then I started checking into it and then I signed up in dec.2010 and have been active ever since I am 2 weeks away from finishing class and then sugery in august Im excited but scared to but with all the education I have I know I can do it .I have lost over 40 pds and I feel good about myself already
