Date confirmed is 11th November unfortunately but I am slowly getting used to the idea and am sure the time will fly. My very best friend is actually having the same surgery a week before so she is coming to stay with me and we will look after each other 
now all I've got to do is stop stuffing myself and start taking some vitamins, and look forward to the 2 week liquid diet prior

Well I had my appointment today with Mr Fris, he just wanted to talk about me doing nights, as he is not keen on the idea of having wls and doing night shifts, but since I get paid more for doing them its out of the question to change at this stage, but I did say if the weight loss did seem to be slowing I would definately do something about it. I asked to be booked a time and I am at the mercy of another patient who may cancel so am just waiting for confirmation of this and I can have the vsg on the 14th of October 
so I am really hoping this person will reschedule otherwise I have to wait till mid November aarrggghhhh!!!!!!!! don't think I can do it.

Have got appointment with Fris tommorrow at 1230 feels like i've been waiting forever, hopefully i can actually book something tommorrow, i feel a bit at his mercy really as there is no other surgeon in the area that does the VSG.
