70 pound mark!

Saturday August 11th .. I hit the 70 pound weight loss mark! WOW, what a fantastic feeling it is. My only regret is I wish I would have done this years ago.
PLUS, I wish more people would realize they can experience this miracle. I see so many people struggling with their weight and their health, like I did for years! They should have the courage to go forth and say, I can do this!

I'm at the 50 pound mark

Well since the first of the year I've lost 50 pounds.
I lost at least 10 with the 2 weeks of liquid before surgery. While in the hospital they pumped me so full of the IV's I gained the 10 pounds back
