"When I walked into his office he had a very warm smile. He is not a flashy doctor. rnrn He genuinely listens to what you have to say and is very straight to the point. I felt safe and very welcomed. He answered all my questions and told me we would have another met before surgery to go over risk and complications, which I thought he would have done then. rnrnHis staff was amazing. When he examined me, I felt right at ease, which I never feel when around a doctor, and he had warm hands!! Very thoughtful! rnrnWhen he we were finished, he put his hand on my shoulder and said \" Ok my friend, I will see you soon.\"rnrnrnrnrn"
