My appointment today went good, I feel alot better about this new medical group, the doctor told me that if everything goes good with all my testing my surgery date should be know longer than two month's my hopes are up again. I actually have another appointment to see the pscho. eval.

I am meeting my new doctor October 21, I am very excited I am hoping this doctor and his staff will take care of business. Not going to give up.

I can't beieve it!!!! I hit a block wall, but I'm not going to let it stop me from being healthy and reaching my goal in life.

Being very patient, but the waiting is overwhelming, I called my surgeon office again to follow up on my  paperwork, Left a message, I am hoping they will get back with me by the end of today. I also called my insurance company to see if the paperwork was submitted and they said NO!! awwww. What a bummer!!! I will definitely call my surgeon again today.

I realize the entire insurance process is very overwhelming, However, knowledge is power and when all is said and done, Only I have the power to change my own life. GETTING PRODUCTIVE!!!!!  I sent my surgeon office a long e-mail with information with all the doctor's I've seen in past 5 years so that they can request for my medical records, I also got a hold of all my paper work from the dietitian and faxed it to my surgeon office, I got a hold of Jenny Craig because I was a member in the past and sent that paper work as well. So we will see what becomes of all the help I provided. Again waiting!!!

It's been almost one year since I started this weight loss journey, 6 months of the time was going to a nutritionist and after that I meet my surgeon, the rest was waiting for approval for my psycho-eval which is done and now I am waiting again for the approval for the surgery, I am trying to be patient I guess I really have know choice, but everything is a wait, I have to follow up with everything, the reason why I've been waiting so long for the surgery is because the surgeon' s office has not received the psycho-eval paper work which they have requested twice, so I had to call  the psycho. office and get ghetto (lol) to see what is going on OMG!!! it is a mess. So I'm still waiting

Monday 8-4-08, was my appointment for my Psycho. eval. I finally completed that, so now I am waiting for the approval for the surgery. Please cross your finger's for me:)   I'm Hoping!!!!!

Today I was approved for the Psychoshocial eval. I am so excited. My appointment is August 4th @ 2:30pm another step to my goal thank God. Once I pass that, my next step is to go back to my surgeon's office to schedule the surgery. Please cross your finger's for me.

Today I meet my doctor Phillippe Quilici, He seemed to be very nice and friendly, the whole staff made me feel welcomed. I'm hoping thing's go smooth, I have four step's before the surgery, So my next step is  to schedule a psychosocial evaluation appointment, so I am waiting for approval again from my insurance company.
