Well it is the end of the first week since I started Optifast, to get ready for my surgery and I have lost a kilo this week! I have lost 3 kilos since I decided to have this surgery. My husband is very proud of my commitment but I figure why would I go through an operation if I am not serious about changing my lifestyle.
I have diabetes and take insulin, and also have high BP so am hoping for some major changes to my health with the VSG surgery, which will be done in October but I do not have my actual date yet, will get it when I see my Surgeon again, next week.
