You've worked so hard to get to this point and I know you well enough to know that you will NOT settle for anything less. You've battled Cancer & Won, experienced more heartache than most people endure in a lifetime and all the while given so much love to everyone around you ~ Together, we're going to do this!! *HUGS*

Hi Nancy, I tried to send this before but it was returned. So, I will try to leave it here instead! lol Hi, Yes, I do use the Proteinex. It is really bad tasting,but I figure I can down it quickly. It seems to help me. I had the VBG so don't have malabsorption issues,but I still need to make sure I get in my protein! I drink the Genisoy shakes at times and absolutely LOVE the Zone Perfect bars. They do have more calories etc than I would prefer, but they have a lot of protein too. Plus the price is right! lol I have heard that sometimes the stuff you enjoy before surgery changes afterwards, so don't stock up on too many things ahead of time. I bought samples of different shakes and bars from www.wlssuccess.com. They have one drink that is called Pure Protein, I think. Oh was it good! I hope everything goes well for you and your surgery.
