Wow... I didn't realize that it had been so long since I was last on here.  Well I am down 129 pounds and it feels great.  I am running 4k everyday and usually managing to get in a good walk too.  I am also going to start going back to the gym for an hour every evening to work out.

I never realized how much my life would change with weight loss.  I feel amazing.  I can't wait for the next 6 months to a year to reach my goals!

Wow.... I didn't realize I hadn't posted for such a long time.  I have updated my profile and need to change my picture!!  I am down about 114 pounds and am feeling great for the most part.

I have now consistantly run everyday (well 5x per week) for a min. of 10 minutes.  I can't belive it!  4 months ago I didn't think I could walk for 10 minutes straight with out getting tired.  I am now walking 1 hour in the morning and then heading to the gym and running and walking.  It has been an awsome experience.

I am down 106 pounds.  That is another awsome feeling.  I am glad I finally have made it to the other side and I hope I can continue doing what I am doing now.

So yesterday when I was at the gym I began running (as I always do) and instead of my "Oh my god this is going to kill me 5 minutes" I managed to keep going for 10!!!!

Today I was a little sore but decided to give it a good try again.  Once again I made 10 minutes.  I can't belive that I can run for 10 minutes straight without stopping.  I am so happy.  My legs are a little sore so off to shoppers to get some epsome salts for the bath tonight!!

Today while enjoying Easter with my family I decided to go and weigh myself.  I got on the scale and looked down to discover that I hit the 100 mark.  Tears began to run down my cheaks.  What an amazing adventure.  I am so happy I have hit my first goal.


100 POUNDS GONE FOREVER!!!!!

ITS 95.... WOW... I can't belive that I am down 95 pounds.  I am so close to my goal of 100 and several months before I thought I would get there!  A big thank you to everyone who has supported me!!

Well.... it is now 89 pounds.  WOW... CRAZY... that is all I can say.  I had to go to the doctors an additional time this month as I am having a few problems.  So of course I weighed myself and when I got on the scale and discovered that it was 89 pounds the nurse in my doctors office was so excited.  It is so nice to have all the support that I have!

I am so excited I am down 83 pounds now!!  I went at 2 months and three weeks!  It is so exciting how the weight is just falling off!  I have to say I am working very hard at this.  I want to be as successful as I can!

I went for my B-12 injection on Friday.  When the nurse weighed me I am down 76 pounds.  I seem to be in a slump these days and not too excited about the weight loss.  WHY..... I have no idea why.  I should be over the moon with loosing 76 pounds in two and a half months.  I am going to up my gym visits from 3 to 5 this week.  I might manage the odd swim in there too.

I am six weeks post op and pleased to say that I have lost 59 pounds.  WOW!!  I am pleased with how things are going.  I am discouraged with the eating.  I hate it.  If I never had to eat again that would make me quite happy.  I had my first moment of wanting to emotionaly eat and I am glad I stuck to my guns and didn't allow myself to do that!
