Well I finally heard from the Dr office today telling me that my surgery is scheduled for next Friday the 17th and that I have to start on liquids tomorrow....  I went shopping for food for me - apple juice, jello, cream soups, pudding, ice pops - stuff like that.  Should be interesting when we go out to my in-laws for Dad's birthday on Sunday - maybe I will sit in the kitched with the kids at dinner to eat my soup... lol.  Steve seems a little worried about the surgery but I keep telling him its a good thing.  Lord knows I haven't been able to do this myself cause if I could - I wouldnt be here right now.  I am ready for this - I am 40 years old & would like to have some fun with my boys before they are too old to want to do things with me.  What I really hope to get out of this is to stop being afraid of going out.  The other day I pulled into 7-11 cause I was going to get a drink while I waited for Stephen to finish soccer practice but when I pulled in - there were teenagers everywhere....  So what did I do?  I pretended to answer my cell then pull out of the parking lot cause there was no way in hell I was going to walk past them...  What a horrible way to live & I am sick & tired of it.  Let the new Nancy shine :P
