"Dr.Freeze is a very kind man,he will even pray with you(if allow,believe)before surg. and after if you are suffering emotionaly, or physicaly. The Nursing Staff are all helpful and respectful. I dislike the other Surgeon in his office though,and as a result I couldnt attend support groups and hear others sing praise of him. The reason was tragic and real as the partner ruined the entire experience for me. After care by Dr.Freeze is good follow thru with lab work, and he and his assistant Christi makes you feel you are very important,and cared for ,giving encouragement,helpful hints,listens. I do wish I had waited a year longer, giving them more experience , as they were new at this procedure. I was grateful to have it done at home town, grateful since I was high risk due to weight of 398, and a perment Thrac , and on oxygen,and many other risk factors. Dr. Freeze addressed all risk of surg. Had a wonderful bedside manner, because he is such a kind person. I do feel the was not enough pre surg prep. No pre op diet, not enough emphisis on the psychological changern needed toobtain a long term weight loss. "
