"He is a very thorough doctor. We spoke on the history of obesity. The way history affects how we eat today. We also talked about the procedure in a whole...the good & the bad. He didn't sugar coat the risk. He is very confident in himself & his staff which is a plus. They are very approachable so you will feel comfortable speaking to them regarding personal matters. The program they offer is outstanding. You are supplied with a Surgical Weight Loss Handbook which we call "The Bible". It is pages upon pages of info regarding everystage of the surgery pre and post op. It also contains references to other materials for further study. They stress aftercare...its a must in order to have a successful journey. If you are going to start something...then finish it the correct way. The only negative then I could possibly say is that the wait was too long, but is that really a negative thing when you really sit and think about it. You are giving more then enough time to educate yourself on the surgical procedure and how it will truely affect your life afterwards."
